You'll lead technical direction for Kin's Ruby on Rails platform, architect scalable systems, and mentor engineers. Your impact will directly shape full-stack architecture and influence technical strategy across teams. This role exists because Kin is growing quickly and needs senior technical leadership to anticipate scaling challenges.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and define full-stack architecture within scrum team
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Ruby and TypeScript code
• Own architectural planning and documentation for distributed systems
• Mentor engineers through pair programming and design reviews

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Expert proficiency in Ruby on Rails and TypeScript
• Proficiency with SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Experience designing scalable, distributed, and event-driven systems
