You'll build the operating backbone for Onboarding and Product Fulfillment teams at a Series C AI growth platform for real estate. Your work will directly impact time-to-value and retention for over 90,000 agents. This is a high-visibility role with regular exposure to leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Map end-to-end implementation lifecycle from sales handoff through launch.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in onboarding and fulfillment processes.
• Build SOPs, playbooks, and enablement materials for frontline teams.
• Define implementation metrics and build dashboards for operational reporting.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in operations with at least 3 in post-sale operations.
• Strong Salesforce user with experience in reports and dashboards.
• Proven track record of building measurable processes at scale.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools used in operations workflows.

✨ Nice to Have

• Admin-level Salesforce depth.
• Experience in a player-coach role.
