💼 About This Role

You'll oversee stagehand crews for load-in and load-out during show production at a major live entertainment company. You'll ensure safety compliance and operational efficiency while managing crew tasks and equipment. This role is hands-on in a fast-paced venue environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee stagehand crew for load-in and load-out
• Assign tasks for assembling/disassembling props and equipment
• Maintain stage and work area during events
• Manage crew time and attendance for breaks and meals

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years previous manual labor experience
• Forklift and heavy machinery certified
• Valid driver's license if required by venue location
