  • 10+ years full-lifecycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments
  • Consistent delivery with measurable impact on speed and quality
  • Strong sourcing expertise across multiple channels
  • Effective stakeholder partnership with hiring managers

  • Experience in B2C technology roles
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing platforms
  • Background in Engineering, Product, or Data/Analytics recruiting
