- Lead full-lifecycle recruiting end-to-end
- Facilitate intake conversations and align success profiles
- Build multi-channel sourcing pipelines
- Design scalable recruiting systems and playbooks
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years full-lifecycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments
- Consistent delivery with measurable impact on speed and quality
- Strong sourcing expertise across multiple channels
- Effective stakeholder partnership with hiring managers
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in B2C technology roles
- Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing platforms
- Background in Engineering, Product, or Data/Analytics recruiting
