You'll drive growth by engaging lenders to adopt Plaid's credit solutions, owning the end-to-end sales process. You'll build a book of prospects and partner with existing customers to achieve their goals. This role offers the chance to shape the future of lending with a leading fintech platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify opportunities for Plaid solutions with prospective and existing lending customers.
  • Develop a book of high-potential prospects and maintain a sufficient pipeline.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle, coordinating sales engineers and product specialists.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources to support a consultative sales motion.

📋 Requirements

  • 7+ years of quota-carrying direct sales experience with strong attainment.
  • Excellent prospecting, qualifying, and negotiating skills.
  • Working knowledge of APIs and desire to understand technical products.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience selling to lending institutions or financial services.
  • Familiarity with fintech or payments industry.
