You'll own coach-to-learner and coach-to-manager interactions that drive learner retention and prove apprenticeship ROI. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and own the technical roadmap for your domain
• Lead large, complex initiatives from conception to deployment
• Produce clean, extensible full-stack code
• Mentor mid-level engineers into feature leads

• Expert-level depth in React and TypeScript
• Ability to design robust, scalable systems
• Proven track record of mentoring peers
