💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate monthly non-production maintenance activities across multiple teams on the Service Integration and Delivery (SID) team. Your work ensures seamless communication for maintenance schedules and troubleshooting. You'll also provide after-hour War-captain support for unscheduled and scheduled maintenance activities at a top federal services company.

• Serve as War-captain for after-hour and weekend maintenance activities
• Manage change request tickets and resolve break-fix issues
• Communicate maintenance impact and testing requirements to departments

📋 Requirements

• Experience with SID team procedures and coordination
• Ability to lead War-captain troubleshooting calls
• US Citizenship required
