You'll engage homeowners through in-person outreach, introducing remodeling services and scheduling free product demonstrations. This role offers uncapped bonuses and career growth opportunities into management. Starting at 12pm-8pm shifts with Day 1 PTO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage homeowners through in-person neighborhood outreach
• Introduce remodeling services and special offers
• Generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations
• Represent the brand in local communities

📋 Requirements

• No experience required, but self-motivation is essential
• Availability to work afternoons and evenings (12pm–8pm shifts)
• Ability to stand and walk for 6–8 hours/day
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
