💼 About This Role

You'll lead and scale Solvd's global Microsoft architecture practice, focusing on Azure and Microsoft Fabric for modern data analytics and platform modernization. You'll shape go-to-market strategy, establish governance, and support strategic pursuits. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on architectural vision in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and evolve Microsoft cloud and data architecture vision and reusable patterns
• Build and lead a global team of senior Azure and Microsoft Fabric solution architects
• Partner on pre-sales solutioning, POCs, RFP responses, and architecture reviews
• Provide oversight for delivery engagements involving Azure and Fabric data platforms

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in cloud and data architecture
• 6+ years in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem
• Hands-on architectural experience with Microsoft Fabric and OneLake
• Proven experience leading or scaling a solution architecture domain or practice

• Microsoft certifications (Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Fabric credentials)
• Experience with DevOps/DataOps practices (IaC, CI/CD)
• Experience with data mesh principles and governance tooling like Microsoft Purview
