Description
You will define and execute the vision for a scalable AI/ML platform at Spring Health, enabling product teams to rapidly develop, deploy, and monitor AI solutions. This hybrid role in New York City involves driving platform strategy, leading discovery with cross-functional teams, and aligning investments to business impact.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Product Management experience with technical platforms or developer-facing products.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML systems and workflows.
- Track record of driving roadmap clarity in ambiguous, fast-moving spaces.
- Experience with continuous discovery and translating feedback into platform improvements.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Shape and drive the AI/ML platform strategy and roadmap.
- Lead continuous discovery with product, clinical, and engineering teams to understand AI use cases and pain points.
- Align platform investments to business impact based on customer value, scalability, and ROI.
- Define platform solutions in partnership with Engineering leadership.
- Establish service standards and improve platform performance, stability, and scalability.
