💼 About This Role

You'll own design projects end-to-end for the Financial Incentives team at a fast-growing healthcare technology company. You will design internal tools and user-facing features that power the claims and payments engine, translating complex workflows into intuitive experiences. Collaborate cross-functionally to shape roadmaps and advocate for thoughtful design solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own design projects end-to-end from discovery to launch.
• Design internal tools and user-facing features for payments and claims.
• Lead and participate in user research efforts.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape roadmaps.

📋 Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience designing digital products.
• Experience with end-to-end design from research to implementation.
• Strong product thinking and systems-level problem solving.
• Comfort working with component libraries and design systems.
