You'll drive operational excellence for the Americas commercial business and coordinate a global go-to-market initiative across regions. You will build structure and accountability to help scale Connect (API product).

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish leadership cadences and performance tracking for Americas
• Program manage a global GTM initiative across multiple teams
• Support Connect's commercial operations and pipeline management
• Identify and implement AI-enabled process improvements

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in Business Operations or GTM Operations roles
• Experience supporting senior commercial leaders like SVP or CRO
• Based in New York City or willing to relocate
• Demonstrated use of AI or automation tools to improve workflows

• Experience in Chief of Staff-type roles
• Background in product-led growth or API products
