💼 About This Role

You'll ensure successful production execution for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, managing complex workflows including translation, QA, and sign-off. You'll engage directly with customers and coordinate with internal engineering and linguistic teams to resolve bottlenecks. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Orchestrate translation, QA, DTP, and multimedia workflows
• Engage directly with customers to clarify project requirements
• Coordinate with engineering and linguistic teams to resolve bottlenecks
• Control budgets and mitigate risks across projects

📋 Requirements

• 2-5+ years managing large-scale production for Technology customers
• Native or professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English
• Proven customer-facing experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Languages, Translation, or Linguistics
• Experience with linguistic assets (TM, Style Guides)
