🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect multi-component systems across the team's domain
• Write reference-implementation code that sets the technical quality bar
• Identify tech debt hotspots and build remediation roadmaps
• Drive delivery of entire projects across multiple engineers

📋 Requirements

• Track record building complex systems from scratch
• Experience with Node.js and TypeScript in production
• Working knowledge of AI/LLM tooling (RAG, function calling)
• Ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term technical health

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Familiarity with Langfuse or Vertex AI
