Description

In this role, you will design and implement advanced AI solutions and agentic systems for enterprise customers, driving product adoption through reference architectures and performance benchmarking. You'll engage directly with customers, lead technical enablement workshops, and collaborate with product teams to shape platform improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or Statistics
• 5+ years of industry experience in software engineering or ML engineering
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with deep learning and machine learning systems
• Proficiency in Python or C++ programming
• Experience with modern ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX

Responsibilities

• Design and document production-ready customer reference architectures for enterprise AI deployments
• Develop tooling and automation for SambaStack deployment and management
• Build customer-facing agentic solutions to accelerate time-to-value
• Conduct comprehensive performance benchmarking and optimization of AI models and systems
• Lead technical enablement for CDPP customers through workshops and hands-on implementation sessions
