You'll own the US market end-to-end, driving strategy, P&L, and growth for a fast-growing K-Beauty brand. You'll build a strong local community through influencer marketing and strategic partnerships. This role offers full ownership and impact at a certified B Corp.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Take full P&L responsibility for the US market.
• Develop and implement local business strategy.
• Lead influencer marketing to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Identify and negotiate strategic retail and brand partnerships.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape for growth insights.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in marketing, business development, or general management.
• Hands-on US market experience with understanding of consumer trends.
• Proven P&L ownership and growth delivery in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent cross-functional project leadership skills.
