Description

You will oversee the growth and ongoing impact of SHE Media's health brand Flow Space, driving editorial strategy, managing a team of 6, and creating cross-platform content focused on women's midlife health. You'll work closely with the Advisory Board and collaborate with marketing and video teams to build community and achieve audience goals.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of professional writing/editing experience with online health and wellness brands
• 5+ years of editorial and marketing management
• Proven ability to build community (e.g., advisories, contributor communities, expert panels)
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to distill complex scientific information
• Demonstrated understanding of digital strategy, analytics, and social growth

Responsibilities

• Ideate, research, and produce high-quality health content for Flow Space across key categories
• Recruit, assign, and edit freelance writers
• Plan and manage editorial and social calendars
• Oversee social media strategy focusing on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
• Develop and execute newsletter strategy
