You'll manage customer relationships for industrial and engineering teams, driving adoption of Copia's modern collaboration tools. Your core impact is ensuring customers achieve real value while identifying risks and expansion opportunities.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage portfolio of customer relationships from onboarding to renewal
- Lead engagements including onboarding, check-ins, and business reviews
- Identify adoption risks and proactively address with internal teams
- Partner with Sales on renewals and expansion opportunities
๐ Requirements
- 3โ6 years of Customer Success experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience working with customers in a SaaS or technical environment
- Ability to learn new technologies and workflows quickly
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with industrial automation environments or engineering-heavy orgs
- Familiarity with PLC systems or manufacturing technology
- Background supporting technical product adoption or complex software deployments
