You'll lead anti-abuse and email governance programs for a leading Sales Engagement Platform, driving cross-functional initiatives across engineering, product, and legal. You'll own DNS management, BIMI implementation, and deliverability compliance to ensure a trusted platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and manage anti-abuse and email governance programs
• Troubleshoot ESP sending platforms like SendGrid
• Drive technical implementation of BIMI and DNS management
• Develop training docs on email deliverability for GTM teams

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in Technical Program Manager role focused on email deliverability or security
• Strong working knowledge of DNS, domain governance, and email infrastructure
• Expert-level knowledge of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, CASL compliance frameworks

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with deliverability tools like Validity and Everest
• Familiarity with Spamhaus, Proofpoint, Mimecast, VirusTotal, Talos
• Participation in industry groups like M3AAWG or APWG
