You'll own Net Revenue Retention for a $5Mโ€“$10M+ portfolio in a high-impact, rebuild-phase SaaS business. You'll drive expansion, retention, and customer outcomes while helping define what "great" looks like. This role offers high ownership and the chance to shape playbooks and processes from the ground up.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) for your book of business.
  • Identify and close up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a healthy expansion pipeline (3โ€“4x coverage).
  • Proactively manage renewal cycles and mitigate churn risk.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in CRM.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4โ€“8+ years in mid-market SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales.
  • Proven track record of independently identifying and closing expansion opportunities.
  • Experience owning revenue targets (NRR, expansion, or renewals).
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce).

  • Experience in a rebuild or transformation environment.
  • Previous experience in Transportation Management Systems or last-mile/logistics tech.
  • Daily use of AI in customer-facing and revenue workflows.
