💼 About This Role

You'll join Five9 as an individual contributor to create, identify, nurture, and close sales within the Southeast region, focusing on Georgia and the greater Atlanta market. You'll drive new customer acquisition and revenue, leveraging company-provided resources to build a pipeline quickly. This role offers fully remote work with a focus on enterprise contact center software sales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and drive revenue within specified region or named accounts
• Generate business opportunities through networking and cold-calling
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Maintain account and opportunity forecasting in SFDC and Clari

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of outside enterprise contact center software or CRM sales experience
• C-level selling experience
• Proven track record of sales excellence as a hunter and closer
• Existing channel relationships supporting Enterprise customers

✨ Nice to Have

• CX or contact center software sales in 200-1,000 seat space
• Experience selling to IT and business executives
• Knowledge of territory or accounts assigned
