You'll own partner growth strategy for Singapore and APAC, focusing on recruiting net new partners and scaling the partner ecosystem. Your impact will drive revenue through channel-led growth for Constructor Tech's EdTech platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit and activate new channel partners across APAC
• Conduct territory analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Manage partner onboarding and enablement programs
• Drive joint pipeline generation through co-selling and campaigns

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of channel sales or partner management in B2B SaaS
• Proven track record recruiting and activating partners
• Strong understanding of partner-led growth models
• Fluent English (business proficiency)

• Experience in EdTech or digital learning markets
• Experience with HubSpot CRM
• Experience working across Singapore/APAC markets
