💼 About This Role

You'll implement individualized behavior intervention plans for children with autism as part of a supportive team. Your work directly impacts patient progress and family well-being. Bloomwell offers guaranteed full-time hours and a teammate-centric culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans directed by the BCBA.
• Collect and record patient progress and behavior data on an iPad.
• Build rapport and therapeutic relationships with patients and caregivers.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to update behavior intervention plans.

📋 Requirements

• Available Monday–Friday from 7:45am–4:30pm
• Experience and passion for working with children
• Willingness to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and sit on floor for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and move quickly in response to patient needs

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Psychology helpful)
• Experience as an RBT or in childcare/education roles
