• Build agent runtimes and orchestration systems
• Make agents reliable with retries and state management
• Make agents observable with tracing and debugging
• Integrate LLMs and APIs into coherent systems

📋 Requirements

• Strong backend/systems experience with distributed systems
• Proficiency in Python, Go, TypeScript, or Rust
• Experience with reliability patterns (state, retries, observability)
• Shipped production systems that people depend on

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with agent frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen
• Familiarity with LLM evaluation or performance tuning
• Experience with workflow engines like Temporal or Airflow
