In this role, you will drive store success by leading customer service excellence, supporting team development, and ensuring smooth daily operations. You'll inspire your team, manage KPIs, handle inventory and merchandising tasks, and help onboard new talent.

• Proficient in POS systems and inventory management software

• Experience in retail leadership or supervisory role
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and uphold customer service expectations using Mejuri's Steps of Selling
• Drive KPIs including OPH, NPS (85%), SPH, conversion, and sales success
• Participate in inventory cycle counts and order fulfillment for in-store, phone, and BOPIS
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, fixtures, and store cleanliness
• Assist with onboarding new talent and building a positive team environment
