💼 About This Role

You'll define and build clinician-facing AI tools for a weight-inclusive healthcare company, owning both product vision and technical execution. Your initial focus is a Clinical Decision Support product powered by a RAG pipeline over clinical knowledge sources. This role offers high autonomy with direct partnership with clinicians and the Chief Product Officer.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product vision and roadmap for Clinical AI tools.
• Architect and iterate on RAG pipelines for clinical decision support.
• Design prompt strategies and evaluation frameworks for model outputs.
• Deploy and maintain HIPAA-compliant AI infrastructure on AWS.
• Partner directly with clinicians to translate workflows into product decisions.

📋 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in software or AI/ML engineering.
• Hands-on experience building and operating RAG systems in production.
• Strong Python skills for building pipelines and evaluation harnesses.
• SQL proficiency for independent data querying.
• Experience deploying AI workloads on AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker, etc.).

• Healthcare or regulated-domain experience.
• Familiarity with LLM safety tooling and guardrails.
