🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with customers and PMs to design practical evaluations for legal workflows.
• Optimize agent performance through prompt engineering, model selection, and tool design.
• Implement infrastructure for low-latency agent execution with caching and parallel calls.
• Improve observability to profile agent behavior and identify bottlenecks.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience post-BS/MS.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with LLM APIs and agent frameworks.
• Experience shipping user-facing products on backend or full-stack.

• Passion for building domain-specific agents.
• Iterative mindset with ability to ship v0s quickly.
