Description
You will develop and maintain strategic referral partnerships in EMEA Retail with a focus on the Dutch market, driving revenue growth through partner enablement, commercial negotiations, and sales execution. You'll identify new partnership opportunities, manage a high-quality pipeline, and collaborate closely with Strategic Sales teams to generate leads and maximize market share.
Requirements
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in partnerships, channel sales, or business development
- Experience managing both new business prospecting and existing partner relationships
- SaaS sales experience, ideally in retail or hospitality
- Strong understanding of the Dutch market and its commercial landscape
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Build and grow strategic referral partnerships across EMEA, focusing on the Dutch market
- Identify new partnership opportunities and strengthen existing relationships to drive incremental revenue
- Develop and sustain high-quality pipeline through outbound prospecting and partner collaboration
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiate agreements, and oversee partner onboarding
- Enable partners through training, sales support, and co-selling; design incentive programs
