💼 About This Role

You'll build and modify hardware prototypes for fusion power plant development in a machine shop environment. Your core impact will be supporting R&D projects with precise fabrication and maintaining a safe workspace. This onsite role at our Everett, WA office offers a chance to work on world-changing clean energy technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Fabricate or modify parts using manual machine tools
• Complete new projects promptly and accurately
• Follow company safety procedures during all work
• Maintain accurate records of work and materials used

📋 Requirements

• Experience operating horizontal band saw, TRAK-style conversational mill, and manual lathe
• Proficiency with drilling and tapping techniques
• Experience with aluminum, stainless steel, copper, brass, fiberglass, and plastic
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics

• Comfortable working independently and in a team
• At least 1 year of high-accuracy procedure following
