As a Director in our Accounting Advisory practice, you'll drive client engagements for complex transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and IPOs. You'll leverage your financial expertise to navigate GAAP and SEC requirements. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive client engagements for mergers, acquisitions, and IPOs
• Prepare financial sections in registration statements and respond to SEC comments
• Collaborate across advisory functions during off-market periods
• Mentor team members and participate in business development

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years in professional services (public accounting or advisory)
• Expertise leading IPO readiness assessments and execution
• Deep expertise drafting financial sections in registration statements
• Strong project management and cross-functional experience
