Description
You will own the full lifecycle of sales enablement, from strategy through facilitation, ensuring revenue teams have the skills, messaging, and tools to perform at their best. You'll design and deliver training programs, operationalize sales methodologies, and partner with Product Marketing to translate technical value into compelling messaging.
Requirements
- 6+ years of B2B sales enablement experience in SaaS or technology
- Proven track record of facilitating training and driving measurable sales performance improvements
- Experience working with or alongside technical product teams
- Deep fluency in sales methodologies (Command of the Message, MEDDIC, Challenger)
- Experience enabling sellers in a competitive, displacement-driven environment
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver onboarding and continuous training programs for sales roles
- Own and operationalize sales methodology adoption across the revenue organization
- Partner with Product Marketing to create field-ready tools like battle cards and pitch decks
- Equip sellers to position CircleCI's AI-powered CI/CD capabilities
- Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and build a curriculum roadmap
