🎯 What You'll Do
- Own strategic client relationships ensuring measurable outcomes.

- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years in Mid Market to Enterprise B2B SaaS Customer Success or Account Management
- Proven ability to manage complex portfolios and own commercial outcomes
- Confident in C-Level presentations and strategic conversations
- Skilled in account planning and identifying whitespace
