🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own strategic client relationships ensuring measurable outcomes.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews to align on strategic goals.
  • Drive renewals and expansion discussions with commercial negotiations.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Mid Market to Enterprise B2B SaaS Customer Success or Account Management
  • Proven ability to manage complex portfolios and own commercial outcomes
  • Confident in C-Level presentations and strategic conversations
  • Skilled in account planning and identifying whitespace
