Description

As an Operations Partner at Bird, you will manage our e-scooter fleet in Cincinnati to ensure vehicles are safely deployed, maintained, and rebalanced using mobile technology. You'll play a key role in making micromobility reliable and accessible for the community.

Requirements

• Registered Business LLC
• General liability insurance (acquire within 30 days)
• General commercial auto insurance (acquire within 30 days)
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to commute to Cincinnati, Ohio
• Access to reliable vehicle for work duties
• Strong knowledge of local geography
• Flexible availability including weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; stoop, bend, walk, stand for long periods
• Self-motivated with ability to learn new skills and build a team
• Simplify difficult problems into actionable tasks
• Must have warehouse space with electrical capacity for charging
• Must own/rent van

Responsibilities

• Deploy vehicles to designated locations as directed
• Ensure vehicles are parked safely, compliantly, and in approved areas
• Recover vehicles for charging or maintenance as needed
• Rebalance vehicles from low-demand to high-demand areas
