- Manage full-cycle recruiting for all positions.
- Develop sourcing strategies including passive recruiting.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS.
π Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in HR or equivalent experience.
- Full-cycle recruiting experience with various interview techniques.
- Experience recruiting with a multi-state employer.
- Familiarity with employment laws and recordkeeping best practices.
