💼 About This Role

You'll own the core architecture for our open source AI SRE agent that investigates production incidents and produces grounded RCAs. This is a high-ownership role at the center of the product, working with a small senior team to ship high-value alert types that work extremely well. You'll partner with founders to expand coverage deliberately across the production stack.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and build the alert-to-RCA pipeline in Python
• Design alert ingestion, enrichment, and correlation systems
• Build hypothesis orchestration and investigation execution runtime
• Integrate with customer production stacks and write integrations

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years professional software engineering experience
• Strong backend and distributed-systems foundations
• Experience with data platforms and incident/observability tooling
• Proven track record shipping real products at high velocity

• 10+ years experience
• Experience at an early-stage startup
• Experience with Rust or ClickHouse
