You'll work across the full stack at a Y Combinator-backed company transforming business identity verification. You'll solve customer problems using React, Ruby, Rails, and Postgres and collaborate closely with product managers and designers. This role offers high agency and impact at a Forbes Fintech 50 firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work in React, Ruby, Rails, Postgres, and potentially Scala, Python, Go
• Dive into all layers of the stack: frontend, backend, API, data processors
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Ops, and Engineering daily
• Share knowledge and contribute to psychological safety on the team

📋 Requirements

• Experience with some languages in our stack (React, Ruby, Rails, Postgres, etc.)
• Worked for a high-growth venture-backed startup or founded a company
• At least 3+ years as a professional Software Engineer
• Understand SaaS business fundamentals like ACV, CAC, ARR
