Description

In this role, you will drive growth and market development within the general nephrology market by cultivating new and maintaining existing key relationships, executing strategic business plans, and promoting the adoption of Organ Health products like Renasight and Prospera. Your expertise will help healthcare providers with innovative diagnostic tools for kidney health management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years progressive sales experience, ideally in lab/diagnostic sales
• Proven track record of closing sales and driving revenue growth
• Ability to drive adoption through clinical education and consultative selling
• Existing relationships with KOLs in nephrology or specialty medicine

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Renasight and Prospera products to nephrology market
• Achieve and exceed performance goals through effective sales strategies
• Drive market adoption of Organ Health portfolio for product launches and market expansion
• Serve as local expert on Natera technology and services
• Develop and execute tailored local business plans to achieve sales objectives
