🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team building social interactions, content feeds, and user discovery features.
• Set and communicate clear technical direction aligned with product strategy.
• Partner cross-functionally with design, product, data, ML, and safety teams.
• Support engineers through hiring, onboarding, feedback, and career development.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 2+ years of engineering management experience leading product-focused teams
• Experience building consumer-facing products at scale
• Experience building and operating distributed systems handling high traffic
