You'll join G-P's Support Team to handle HR, IT, Finance, and benefits queries for customers and professionals. You'll manage day-to-day inquiries using Zendesk and ensure timely resolution. This role offers the chance to work in a remote-first environment with a global SaaS leader.

  • Handle daily HR, IT, Finance, and benefits queries
  • Triage and prioritize tickets based on urgency
  • Use Zendesk to track customer interactions

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Global Shared Services experience
  • Experience in HR, IT, or Finance shared services
  • Proficient in written and verbal English
  • Customer-oriented with problem-solving aptitude

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Zoho GPP
  • Experience with SaaS platforms
