You'll join G-P's Support Team to handle HR, IT, Finance, and benefits queries for customers and professionals. You'll manage day-to-day inquiries using Zendesk and ensure timely resolution. This role offers the chance to work in a remote-first environment with a global SaaS leader.

- Handle daily HR, IT, Finance, and benefits queries
- Triage and prioritize tickets based on urgency
- Use Zendesk to track customer interactions
๐ Requirements
- 3-5 years of Global Shared Services experience
- Experience in HR, IT, or Finance shared services
- Proficient in written and verbal English
- Customer-oriented with problem-solving aptitude

- Knowledge of Zoho GPP
- Experience with SaaS platforms
