You'll own our presence at industry events across North America, sourcing and executing end-to-end to drive real pipeline. You'll partner with sales, marketing, and product to turn booth space into meetings and revenue. This is a hands-on role for someone 1-4 years into their career who loves logistics and thrives in fast-paced environments. You'll manage budgets, negotiate with vendors, and run pre- and post-event campaigns to maximize ROI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and prioritize events aligned with ICP and revenue goals.
• Negotiate contracts with organizers, vendors, and venues.
• Plan and execute end-to-end event logistics.
• Be on-site point of contact for setup, teardown, and troubleshooting.
• Partner with sales to book pre-show meetings and drive pipeline.

📋 Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in event marketing or field marketing (B2B/tech).
• Track record of organizing events end to end at smaller scale.
• Experience managing an events budget and forecasting spend.
• Comfortable defining KPIs and building reports linking events to pipeline/revenue.
• Proficient in AI tools for event marketing automation and improvement.

• Experience with event tools like Cvent, Splash, Bizzabo, or Goldcast.
• Background in B2B SaaS or similar fast-paced tech environment.
