You'll design and operate the SOX compliance program for a fast-growing AI advertising company, reporting to the Head of Internal Audit and SOX. Your core impact is shaping the foundation of SOX controls and influencing leadership in a pre-IPO, high-growth environment. This role offers visibility with senior leaders and the chance to build scalable processes from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement the SOX compliance program
• Conduct risk assessments and scoping across global operations
• Provide control design advisory and mature business controls
• Collaborate cross-functionally to embed scalable internal controls

📋 Requirements

• 10-12 years in SOX or internal audit
• Blend of Big 4 and in-house at public or pre-IPO tech companies
• Strong understanding of COSO, PCAOB, and ITGCs
• Experience building audit/controls programs from scratch
