Description

You will act as the primary executive interface for telecom clients on BSS programs, managing end-to-end delivery, account strategy, and revenue growth. The role focuses on building long-term partnerships and leading complex transformation programs.

Requirements

• 12–18+ years experience in telecom IT with strong BSS exposure
• Proven experience managing large telecom accounts and delivery portfolios
• Deep expertise in BSS domain and experience with Tier 1/Tier 2 operators
• Commercial acumen and P&L ownership
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or related field

Responsibilities

• Act as primary executive interface for telecom clients on BSS programs
• Build and nurture C-level relationships (CIO, CTO)
• Own end-to-end delivery of BSS programs (CRM, Billing, Charging, Order Management, Revenue Management)
• Manage account P&L, including revenue forecasting, margin management, and cost optimization
• Identify and drive upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities
