Description

You will contribute to sales, service, and support of Oncology products, ensuring patient adherence to prescribed test cadence and improving patient outcomes. You'll build key relationships, analyze patient testing, and educate medical professionals to drive unit growth and patient retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate's with 4+ years relevant experience
• Medical assistant, clinical support, patient liaison/nursing background, or 2+ years sales experience
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Gmail
• Ability to travel 25-50%

Responsibilities

• Work with assigned COS to grow and maintain existing customers
• Build relationships with key personnel at Oncology accounts to facilitate unit growth
• Analyze and monitor patient testing to ensure protocol adherence
• Educate medical professionals on Natera tools and resources for test order management
• Utilize and maintain internal KPI reports related to patient retention and fulfilled order volume
