💼 About This Role

You'll lead safety and security management systems across all operational areas for a global humanitarian organization in Sudan. You'll provide analysis, guidance, training, and oversight to enable safe program delivery in complex environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain risk assessments, security plans, and SOPs
• Provide context analysis and security briefings to senior leadership
• Lead security incidents and crisis response
• Deliver security training and capacity building for staff

📋 Requirements

• 7-10 years of safety and security management in humanitarian contexts
• 3-5 years in complex or conflict-affected environments
• Completion of Hostile Environment Awareness Training (HEAT)
• Fluency in written and spoken English
