Description

You will lead the Growth Product team at Brex, driving strategy and execution for customer acquisition and onboarding. Collaborating with GTM teams, you'll create features and tools to maximize their effectiveness, working with cross-functional teams across offices in San Francisco, Seattle, and New York.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management or management consulting experience
• Experience scaling B2B products and GTM systems
• Strong analytical sense with SQL proficiency preferred
• Proven communication with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
• Systems thinker with holistic view across product, technical, and people systems

Responsibilities

• Drive product investments to improve GTM metrics like CAC payback and pipeline conversion
• Define and execute multi-quarter Growth strategy with cross-functional teams
• Embed within Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify workflow bottlenecks and lead automation
• Analyze GTM funnel metrics to uncover insights and guide product priorities
• Manage and develop a team of Product Managers
