You'll manage day-to-day social media interactions and build online communities for BJAK, a leading insurtech platform in Southeast Asia. You'll ensure the brand maintains a strong, responsive, and authentic presence across all channels. This role offers a clear growth path into a Social Media Manager or Community Lead position.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage with audiences across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Facebook.
• Respond to comments, DMs, and community discussions in a timely manner.
• Support daily content publishing and scheduling across social platforms.
• Track engagement metrics such as comments, shares, saves, and response time.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in social media engagement or community management.
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and online community dynamics.
