💼 About This Role

You'll own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, targeting top brands with AI-driven automation solutions. Your core impact will be consistently exceeding quota and revenue targets while shaping Siena's growth. You'll leverage custom AI workflows for account intelligence and deal preparation.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close for enterprise accounts
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers in CX and digital transformation
  • Develop outbound motions to break into top accounts
  • Work with marketing, SDRs, and solutions engineering on go-to-market strategy

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
  • Proven success hunting new business and closing 6- and 7-figure deals
  • Experience multi-threading enterprise sales cycles
  • Power-user of AI tools and building custom agents/prompts

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling AI, automation, or workflow intelligence products
  • Established relationships with CX, eCommerce, or BPO executives
  • Experience selling multi-product enterprise software
