You'll own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, targeting top brands with AI-driven automation solutions. Your core impact will be consistently exceeding quota and revenue targets while shaping Siena's growth. You'll leverage custom AI workflows for account intelligence and deal preparation.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close for enterprise accounts
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers in CX and digital transformation
- Develop outbound motions to break into top accounts
- Work with marketing, SDRs, and solutions engineering on go-to-market strategy
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
- Proven success hunting new business and closing 6- and 7-figure deals
- Experience multi-threading enterprise sales cycles
- Power-user of AI tools and building custom agents/prompts
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience selling AI, automation, or workflow intelligence products
- Established relationships with CX, eCommerce, or BPO executives
- Experience selling multi-product enterprise software
