You'll own operational governance for bank integrations and migration programs, coordinating across engineering, product, and partner teams. You'll build artifacts and processes that give leaders a reliable source of truth on program health and risks.

• Own end-to-end operational governance for new bank integrations and migrations.
• Build and maintain master timelines, risk logs, and launch readiness checklists.
• Drive structured risk, issue, and escalation management across programs.
• Provide regular, high-signal status updates to leadership.
• Coordinate milestones and handoffs across multiple engineering teams.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in program management or technical operations.
• Proven track record running complex, multi-stakeholder programs with tight timelines.
• Experience building program artifacts like timelines, trackers, and risk logs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
