🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct daily rounding in skilled nursing facilities
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans
• Address acute and emergent clinical issues
• Communicate with facility nursing staff via phone or secure messaging

📋 Requirements

• Active U.S. license as NP, PA, or APRN
• Board certification by ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation

• Experience in geriatric or long-term care
• Specialty in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
