💼 About This Role

You'll be the data backbone for go-to-market and customer success teams at an AI-native legal tech company. You'll turn complex usage and commercial data into clear, actionable recommendations to drive adoption and retention and deliver customer-facing insights. This role is deeply embedded in the revenue organization, working shoulder-to-shoulder with teams closest to customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Analyze usage patterns to drive adoption and retention
  • Build customer-facing usage reports and dashboards
  • Enable self-service analytics for GTM and CS teams
  • Support commercial decisions with pipeline and churn analysis

📋 Requirements

  • Solid experience in a commercial analytics or data analyst role
  • SQL proficiency with modern BI tools
  • Strong analytical instincts to turn ambiguous questions into actionable answers
  • Comfortable with product usage, CRM data, and customer health metrics

✨ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Python, dbt, and Snowflake
  • Experience in a SaaS or product-led growth environment
