💼 About This Role
You'll be the data backbone for go-to-market and customer success teams at an AI-native legal tech company. You'll turn complex usage and commercial data into clear, actionable recommendations to drive adoption and retention and deliver customer-facing insights. This role is deeply embedded in the revenue organization, working shoulder-to-shoulder with teams closest to customers.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Analyze usage patterns to drive adoption and retention
- Build customer-facing usage reports and dashboards
- Enable self-service analytics for GTM and CS teams
- Support commercial decisions with pipeline and churn analysis
📋 Requirements
- Solid experience in a commercial analytics or data analyst role
- SQL proficiency with modern BI tools
- Strong analytical instincts to turn ambiguous questions into actionable answers
- Comfortable with product usage, CRM data, and customer health metrics
✨ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Python, dbt, and Snowflake
- Experience in a SaaS or product-led growth environment
